At UniLegal, in collaboration with the Seper Foundation, we are deeply committed to defending and advancing human rights both in Costa Rica and internationally. Our work focuses on addressing systematic and inefficient justice systems that, despite being created to protect human rights, often fail and lead to legal injustice. We advocate for civil rights, gender equality, and the protection of vulnerable populations, including migrants, refugees, and indigenous communities. Our efforts extend to fighting discrimination, promoting environmental justice, and ensuring freedom of expression and privacy rights in the digital age. By challenging flawed legal systems and advocating for meaningful reforms, we strive to create a world where justice is fair, inclusive, and truly serves the people it is meant to protect.
